Prusa XL crashes when attempting to print, seemingly bypassing all start gcode
Here is video of the issue.
Uploaded the gcode via the web interface. First attempt to print had a failed first layer (not close enough to the bed, I thought that wasn't supposed to be an option?).
Upon all subsequent attempts to reprint, rebooting, resetting, ensuring firmware and PrusaSlicer are up to date, it crashes violently into the frame of the machine.
It doesn't even detect that it's crashing violently and stop, it just keeps doing it.
I have spent more time troubleshooting this in the last two days of ownership than the entire time I've had the Bambu X1C and this feels like a beta product. Very frustrating to pay so much money for something that does not work as advertised.
RE: Prusa XL crashes when attempting to print, seemingly bypassing all start gcode
My XL reboots during calibration - but if I ignore that, I was able to print some very small objects successfully, with all expected behavior. This file was generated using prusaslicer 2.6 and transferred via USB. I've attached it here to suss out if your issue is caused by using the web interface or not.
