New XL. Nozzle wont heat up.
Nozzle failed the initial check. Also wont heat up by preheating. Machine is updated and the hotend fans work. Toolboard light is green until the red error page pops up. Very sad.

Probably the thermistor is broken. Contact Support (they need your serial Number), they will send you a new one

It sounds like a nozzle or heating issue that's not connecting properly. Since the toolboard light is green, it seems like the board itself is fine, but maybe there's a wiring issue or a bad thermistor in the hotend. I’d check the wiring connections to the nozzle and make sure nothing's loose or shorted. If the hotend fans work, it’s likely not a power issue, but might still be worth reseating the cables. Hope you get it fixed soon!
