RE: Filament Sensor Calibration failing
4. Still in the Info / Sensor info screen, test the side sensor with something stiffer than filament and approximately the correct width. I happened to have a piece of wire of 1.8 mm. Possibly the 2mm Allen (hex) key works well. What you are looking for is a difference between inserted/not-inserted of roughly 400.
Thanks for this, my Sensor Info wasn't showing filament sensor values (maybe because I have 5 toolheads and there's only 1 info field) but a 2mm hex key did the trick to get side sensors 1 & 2 to pass. Used filament in 3,4,5 without issue.
With calibration finally passed, I went ahead and disabled the side sensors anyway. No more nag message!
