Feature Request: Allow additional unload when stuck during filament change after runout and unsuccessful unload

Hi,

I just had a filament runout and couldn't unload the filament. The filament's end was slightly bent, so that (I guess) the extruder couldn't push the filament out of the filament sensor (?) on the side of the machine, behind the spool holder.

IIRC the machine asked me if the filament was unloaded successfully. I answered "no" (?) and it tried something again, but ended with the request to open the idler and remove the filament manually. I didn't know where the idler was supposed to be, so I first removed the tube from the sensor and pulled on the filament, but it was stuck.

Then I removed the tube at the top of the extruder and tried to pull the filament out with pliers, akin to a cold pull on my i3s. That didn't work at all. The extruder had a really strong hold on it.

Pressing the button on the front didn't do anything but beep.

I then wrote off the print, reset the machine and went through an unload / load filament cycle as usual. That worked just fine.

My suggestion would be to allow another unload cycle from the point in the filament change process where I got stuck. Since the sensor seems to have a gap between the two teflon tube pieces, filament is bound to get stuck there. I was surprised it actually worked the first time I tried it on another print, but my guess would be that problems like this should be rather common?

Or did I do something else wrong? You could of course argue that I should have removed the tube earlier, but I still think it's a bug in the workflow / process.
