Dual head z height difference
Been slowly commissioning my dual head semi assembled. Mainly doing single tool head prints but using both heads for convenient filament swaps for different prints. All works fine.
Anyhow, tried the first true dual head print and there's a problem with the z height between the two tool heads. All calibration has passed, but I'm assuming it's a physical height difference between the two tools. You can see the first tool lays down the first layer perfectly, but on the tool change the other nozzle sits way higher - at least 1-2mm I would guess but looking at it.
Not had time to root cause yet, so wanted to reach out whether anyone else had this out of the box on a semi assembled model and whether it's a common problem?
RE: Dual head z height difference
I've got the same problem with mine.
