Are there settings in Prusaslicer that I need to tweak to slice my own models?

so far I have done the bonkers benchy and spatula. I have the input shaper profile installed, do I need to make any other setting changes?

You need to install the configuration update if you haven't already and then add a new printer of the type "Original Prusa MK4 Input Shaper (Alpha)" via the Configuration Wizard. That installs the necessary printer and filament profiles. Then it is just like adding a new "physical printer" with a different nozzle size. You choose the type "Original Prusa MK4 Input Shaper (Alpha)" and the usable filament profiles also have "@MK4IS" in the name. There are several filament profiles for Prusa and Prusament PLA and PETG that I can see.

Only works from Prusaslicer 2.6 Beta 2. But I had to search for updates manually many times until the MK4 with lnput Shaper was displayed when I selected the printer.
