Z-Axis not moving up
Hi. I'm hoping someone can help
I've been trying (unsuccesscully) to print a lithophane, vertically.
I've tried many different settings in the slicer but no matter what I do, at various, seemingly random layers, the Z axis stops moving up to the next layer for a time, then continues. I go to check the print and find it just smashing layer upon layer at the same z-axis height.
My Z axis moves freely in calibration and in manual mode and the belt is taught and doesn't slip.
Attached is an image of the previous 2 failures.I've printed using 0.1, 0.12, 0.08 and even .2 layer heights. I've tried 100% infill and also 0% infill and an outer shell... same results with all.
I appreciate any pointers here 🙂
Any ideas at all?
