Strange print artifacts that I can't figure out.

Hey!

I have a problem with one of my Prusa Minis.
I get these weird blobs that look like random seams. But it also got a real seam (because random seams is turned off!).
The same gcode prints a perfect part on a different Mini. (right-hand part)

I already alinged the printhead, changed the heatbreak and nozzle, reset the printer completly, adjusted the extruder. Not a lot of improvement.

Any idea what could cause this?

Thank a lot!

What happens when you swap that particular filament spool to a different printer?

On a different printer with same spool we have good results. Also a new spool on that particular printer gives still bad results.

OK, it does look very like extremely damp filament but if it prints cleanly on another machine we can rule it out ... but dry it anyway.

It's just (barely) possible that this is an odd type of partial blockage (with an oscillating fragment) so a cold pull is worth trying.
