How do i get my mini to fill these little gaps around the holes?

You could try increasing infill/perimeters overlap to around 60% (the default is %25). Here are before and after pics with that change.

I did try that but not that much ill give 60% a shot. Thanks!

Good tip! I'm having trouble with a small, detailed print and this might be a solution.
