Random overextrusion blob

I'm trying to print one of the inserts for the prusa mini base: https://www.printables.com/model/63483-prusa-mini-base

For some reason around layer 6 the next few layers start with a huge "deretraction" where the printer basically poops out enough filament for the next few centimeters of print in one spot and then continues without extruding for those few centimeters.

It only happens on that specific model and I don't see anything strange in the slicer.

Tested it multiple times. Always happens on the same spot, consistently

Do you slice it from scratch, or do you use presliced gcode files?

See my GitHub and printables.com for some 3d stuff that you may like.

Sliced it myself because I'm using a .6 nozzle
The attached "Archive" is a zip with the 3mf and gcode.

I noticed I was using inputshaper... went back to the normal profile and it's printing perfectly

Still... I'm wondering what the hell this is
