Odd layer shift/leaning over bed length?

I just printed a reasonably tall/wide model and once it finished I've noticed a sort of 2 axis lean which gets worse on Z leaning towards the back and towards the left the further out the nozzle goes on the arm?

It seems to only start at a certain height as can be seen by the layer shift but not sure why it's starting doing this as last big model I printed was fine.

Any help is extremely appreciated!

RE:

Your part lifted on the left side of the X-axis. When that happened, you got layer squish, and then it recovered from that height onward. This is normal for long parts, where the contraction will pull the long ends upward over time.

Add a brim, or helper circles on the corners.

Also try to rotate it 90 degrees so there are more long moves in Y axis instead of X. It minimises some extrusion issues on a Mini which are caused by Bowden configuration.

See my GitHub and printables.com for some 3d stuff that you may like.
