Needing help with bad print quality

Hi guys,
I am trying to fix my Minis print qulity for about one week now.
I installed the BondTech Extruder and Heatbreak.
Back story:
About two weeks ago I decided to give my Mini some regreasing on the X-axis and replace the orange parts with self-printed ones in my color of choice. I disassembled the axis and cleaned it regreased the linear bearings. Then I tried to reassemble it and in the process, I managed to pop out one ball on each of the bearings. Last Saturday my replacement linear bearings came in and I dissembled everything again and greased the bearings with liqui moly lm 47 grease than I noticed that I had a huge black blob on top of my hotblock and I noticed that my nozzle seemed to be oozing as well. I cleaned all of that off and reassembled everything and made sure my nozzle was correctly tightened by using the slice engineering torque tool.
Since then my print quality was terrible the sidewalls were not smooth. Some nice guys on Reddit already helped me a lot with fixing my Mini, after 15 CaliCubs and retightening the idler on the X-axis my Mini is kinda fine again and the walls are smooth again. The only thing I am still experiencing is that on all my Benchys the higher walls are still not smooth.
I am printing with Prusament PLA.

For reference I put the first Benchy (Most left one) I printed on my Mini next to the current Benchys. https://photos.google.com/share/AF1QipPTsKi5La_-uc4Db7BWqy_MRcz1Fz9EqLEwD496G-hn3Z2RVGRgmLvOoirxB-nW3w?key=aVF0dmJYV253alJWX0I1QTR0dmtrVnpmRUY5LXNB
From left to right: First Benchy-Prusa, Current Benchy-Prusa, Current Benchy-SelfSliced, Current Benchy-SelfSliced
The Benchy-Prusa are provided GCode by Prusa.
Self sliced: 0.2 layer high

RE: Needing help with bad print quality

Since you have made modification to your printer,  I am not sure it will void thw warranty.

You have to do the first layer test... so far my first layer print test successful
