Issue with bridge infill?

Hi all! I have only printed some limited items and have had no issues thus far. But I attempted to print a larger model and failed pretty horrible (picture attached). I believe the error is occurring during the bridge infill layer. The slicer is having the printer print a bridge infill layer  and solid infill layer over rectilinear infill. Do I need to increase infill? Decrease volumetric flow rate? Increase temperature? I am not really sure which item I need to look at first.

Thanks!

Hard to gauge from the photo but the infill looks low for a large rectangular surface. You may get by with 15%, but I'd try 20 or even 25.

I'm wondering why your build plate shifted.
