Issue printing round objects

every single round print ends up like this

Did try 4cm calibration cube and it was perfect. I did not print anything in couple months (before all prints were fine) I had to tighten up Y-axis belt, but otherwise printer seems fine. Using newly opened Prusament PLA.

Latest firmware, prusa slicer and pronterface. 0.2 quality setting

Possible lack of cooling

It may be that the layers below doesn't have time to solidify before next layer comes.

Two possible way i know of to try, print two object far between (more time for cooling) and the next is to try and increase minimum layer time.

Could also try rotating the part 90 degrees.

Guessing it's a wallhook?

Prusa Mini+ kit. BondTech extruder. FW 5.1.2
Prusa MK3S+ kit. Stock. FW 3.11.0

cooling fan is at 100% and it is printing slowly.

i did clean nozzle checked everything and next print was fine

then i tried benchy , first half was perfect then it went bad and  even stopped printing. Filament purge worked.

PETG update

I tried PETG and it prints fine.

So clearly no mechanical problem. Why the PLA is doing it? I am out of ideas.

Super wet PLA? or just a blocked nozzle?

new pla

it was newly opened bag of PLA and I use dryer. Nozzle was clogged a bit for the initial prints, but not for the PLA Benchy
