Insect protector
I have a problem with an ant enter in my computer. Then I design a pole with small water bowl at it's base. Fill an oil in a bowl and it will protect ant to climb up to my computer. I finished printing an item, I pour an oil in it, I found that oil leak out from it. How can I resolve this issue with next print?
Can 3d print item hole an solution?
Print with esunpla, prusa slicer, 0.15 quality.
RE: Insect protector
I just found some knowledge about this 😀
RE: Insect protector
Oil tends to seep into openings and spread. You might find that some dish soap works well as a barrier and will be less likely to seep through the part. If all else fails, rub the inside with candle wax.

I think you will have better luck with waterproofing if you use PETG material.
