I Have a Long Print Ongoing, Can I Pause It for the Night?
As of writing my Mini+ is in the early layers of a large print (+23 hours) and I am wondering if the "Pause" button in the middle of the print screen will let me safely pause the print for something like +8 hours to let me sleep? I've searched around and can't find much of anything for the Mini+. Will the "Pause" button let me resume the print as I left it before pressing it or is something else required? I'm fine with leaving the heated bed along with the nozzle as it's not very far from the printer to my bed.

No
I do not think would result in a very reliable printer restart because it would reduce bed adhesion if you cool the bed.

Tried It and It Appears to Have Worked
I have tried it and the heated bed stayed at 60 degrees Celsius for +8 hours without any visible detachement. Only issue was when the nozzle heated back up it oozed out a bit of extra filament which didn't interfere much with the print itself. As of writing this the print is ongoing from where it left of the previous day.

Pause
This your success might be higher with sticky filaments. I tried it with PLA - one brand successes and one failed.

Success - Not for me...

I have tried this with both PLA and PETG and have not been successful.
Why are you stopping your print?
Most of the time my printers are working without watching them. Normaly it is essential to have the first layer right - if that is done, the rest will be ok. And I think it is the same danger if the heatbed is on and the printer is not printing or the heatbed is on and the printer is printing. In your way you are wasting electrical energy! So I see no reason for pausing a print.
