RE: Hole wall and infill misaligned
What are we looking at? Bottom or top layer? I suspect when the perimeters for the ring around the holes get laid down they don't stick well. Doesn't quite explain why it would continue but I'd start by scrubbing the sheet with hot water and dish washing soap. And it it's the bottom layer we're looking at take another stab at improving first layer heigh/live z.

RE: Hole wall and infill misaligned
That explanation would make sense, but the ring (being the wall of the hole feature) is actually in the correct position and the infill is what is offset.
What's shown in the image is the bottom layer, but like I said, this offset continues all the way to the top layer.
