Please show us a first layer Z calibration.

How are you cleaning your print-sheet?

I've tried different first layer calibration settings... doesn't fix the problem, for cleaning using Isopropyl Alcohol

Try cleaning the sheet with dishwashing detergent and plenty of hot water. IPA doesn't cut the grease from fingerprints.

So show us the current calibration and we'll try to help you get it spot on.

for cleaning using Isopropyl Alcohol

Do as @sylviatrilling suggests.

Plus,if you save your project from Prusaslicer's File menu as a 3mf file, zip compress it (or the forum software will not accept it), and then attach it to your post here, we can see all your settings and see if anything is wrong.

Thanks for the pics but they're not what I was asking for. For example, they don't tell us what filament you're printing with, object orientation, supports if any, if there are any changes (possibly inadvertently) in the Printer settings, etc. That's all in the 3mf file, and it takes less time to create (File/Save project as...) than taking the pictures.

Just one immediate observation from the pictures. 50% gyroid infill is crazy high. I don't think it's causing the issue you're seeing but I hardly ever have to go above 15%, even with large flat top surfaces to support.

The rest is set to default... just wanted to see how it'll go with 50% infill

The filament I use is PolySmooth

0.4mm first layer?  Are you using a 0.8mm nozzle?

If not, change to half the nozzle diameter; with a 0.4mm nozzle use 0.2mm.

0.1mm layer height is always going to stress the adhesion, especially with a large nozzle so it should only be used when everything else is running well.  If you have a 0.4mm nozzle change to 0.2mm while we address other issues.

Turn off ironing.

Then show us a first layer Z calibration.

Clean the bed with dishwashing detergent: (Dawn/Fairy).

And post a zipped .3mf project file (File Menu).

Cheerio,

Hey, that's weird, when I've set default settings it finally worked fine. Weird because I've started with default settings, after two fails started changing it...
