RE:
Bad layer adhesion (if it is on the first layer it is bad bed adhesion). Possibly also the hotend temp is too low, part cooling too high or too low, print speed too high. The first layer also looks as if there is either slight underextrusion or the z-offset is off a bit.
What material are you printing? PLA or something else?
PS: In your g-code preview, those straight inner lines don't exist I suppose and if you observe the printer, the head is also not moving straight in some parts, is it?

Also, I just realized, this is an inner overhang, is it? That is of course an additional challenge to layer adhesion as a part of the line is printed mid air and the chewyness of the filament is pulling towards a linear shortcut instead of following the curve.
If nothing else, printing slower should certainly help.
