Corners curve upward

Any ideas what might be the issue with this print.  When the 1st layers go down it is perfectly flat, no curve at corner, and seemed to be well adhered.  The back wall on bed and side walls are .06in thick.  Once the print finished i noticed the curves.  I have printed similar object with shorter side walls and have not experienced the problem.  I am using prusament pla.  The issue seems to be inconsistent, one print both corners (like show) were curved, one time no curve, and another time only one side curved.  First thought was adherence or warping.  When the print is removed it seems to be well adhered to bed.  I dont know about warping with pla.  I didnt think it was much of an issue?  The first photo is turned over from print position to show issue better.  The second photo shows the position printed.  Any help appreciated.

RE: Corners curve upward

There could be several issues...

1, reduced adhesion
2, square/ sharp  corners
3, Low bed temperature

the picture below shows a fairly extreme sharp corner issue an solution

the sharp end of these lightning strikes kept lifting, so I used 'Mouse Ears' in this case 5mm diameter single layer discs at the tips of the points to increase adhesion...   (I could have used a Brim...  but that would have increased print time, material waste and greater post processing time wasting).

so

1, I always wash my build plate, with dish soap and water, rinse well with hot water and dry immediately, in preference to wiping with IPA, or any other surface preparation

2, Use Mouse Ears or a Brim, where there are square, or sharp corners

3, increase the Bed temperature to 70C for PLA (this causes PEI to be more effective at gripping PLA models) usually the models just pop themselves off the build plate, when the plate cools.

Good luck, Joan
