Collapsing Master Sword with Replaceable Blade problem

I have a Prusa Mini+ and I scaled the hilt and pommel down to 70%, 0.15mm quality with 15% infill. The hilt printed wonderfully and so did the pommel with a brim with no supports. However, when screwing on the pommel to the hilt, they don't line up. They are a little over 90 degrees off when fully screwed on. I can't figure out how to change the settings to get them to screw together correctly.
I have tried re-printing the pommel in 0.20 resolution and I have tried pushing the model into the floor so that less of the pommel would print, but I can't seem to align it up right. Any suggestions?
