Clogging issues?
Recently, I can't seem to get a decent print from the Prusa Mini anymore.
The extruder starts clicking and the print stops extruding properly. Sometimes it corrects itself, so there's only some material missing, but other times, it starts fully clogging.
At this point, I just don't know what to do anymore.
I've taken the extruder apart, fully cleaned the extruder gear from any residue. Reassembled it, with the extruder not tightened and slowly started tightening it, until the extruder gear starts gripping the filament, so as to not overtighten.
I've done multiple coldpulls and cleaned the nozzle with the needle.
It never fixes the issue for long, before it gets clogged again.
Here's a picture of the current first layer. Printed with PLA at 210/60°
Any ideas how to get some decent extrusion again?

RE: Clogging issues?
Get the Bondtech extruder. The Trianglelab clone is on sale for $27 on Aliexpress. I haven't had a single clogging issue on my Minis since switching them over.

RE: Clogging issues?
Rebuild your heatbreak, apply thermal paste on the heatbreak, replace the PTFE tube inside the heatbreak. Hopefully you can fix this. I have same problem with you and this is solution fix my mini.
