Banding on PETG prints, not on PLA prints

Hi there, I have a Mini+ that I cannot get Overture PETG to print correctly.  If I print in PLA, the prints are perfect, but PETG I cannot get to print correctly, mainly have lots of banding, and small bubble imperfections.  Before you ask,

  • yes I have a filament drier, and the filament has been dried for hours before printing.
  • I've printed a temperature tower to find the best temp for this filament (245C)
  • I've printed a belt tension meter to check belt tensions (in Prusament PETG)
  • I've checked for clogs, and done a cold pull on the print head
  • I've replaced the print head and recalibrated z height
  • I've adjusted z height to the best of my knowledge

Have you calibrated the filament? It looks to me like it's over-extruded. Try reducing the Extrusion Multiplier in Prusaslicer.
