Z-Axis Movement
I'm almost embarrased to ask as the question seems so basic. How do I move the print head up on the Z-Axis for a preset amount, and using the controls. At the moment, if I need to move it, I'm manually winding the screw thread with my fingers.

In the menu:
Settings > Move Axis > Move Z.
