why is my video not showing...

so the y axis motor will skip/jump when the bed is moved to either end.

at 0:04, you can see that it skips/jump

it happens when the bed is moved to the extreme ends, during printing or end of self-calibration

it does not happen when I move the bed by hand.
it does not happen when I move it through LCD > settings > move axis.

I have tighten the belt.
motor is still jumping

this jumping did not happen during axis selfcheck.

is the motor faulty?

The motor is probably OK.

Take this to Prusa Support: Log into your Eshop account, navigate to support and live chat is at bottom right in most browsers. If not you may need to disable your ad-blocker temporarily.

When this happened to me, it was a bit a filament got lodged on the gear (under the belt - so it was very hard to see). Once I removed the stuck filament chunk, everything went back to normal.
