Weird Extruder (?) Sounds and Printing Issues
Hey Guys,
I need your help.
My Mini has been printing for more than a year now without any issues. Recently however, filament was extruded out of the service (cleaning) lid. I disassembled the extruder, cleaned everything and put it all together again. As I suspected a clogged nozzle, I cleaned everything there, too.
Since then, my printer doesn’t work properly anymore. It makes weird noises - I’ve attached a video - and the printing quality is really bad.
Thats what I‘ve tried to fix my issues:
- I did a couple of cold pulls
- I switched the nozzle
- I checked the PTFE Tube in the Hotend
- I re-adjusted the PINDA probe
- I tried to clean the extruder again
Nothing helped, can you please give me some advice?? Thanks a lot!
