Underextrusion after mishap

I've had my mini for about a month.  Yesterday I switched from the powder-coated plate to the PEI and - like an idiot - neglected to adjust Z before printing & then took my eye off the ball.  Heard a strange noise from the printer less than a minute later & returned my attention -  observed that the nozzle was actually touching the plate and was so low it had scratched it in several places.  Cursed robustly and stopped the print immediately. Now, I have an underextrusion issue.  We've gone through all the steps on the underextrusion troubleshooting page, plus cold pulls - no change.  Even dried out the filament in case it was a moisture coincidence.  Anyone have thoughts on further things to try or what precisely could be damaged / need replacement?

RE: Underextrusion after mishap

I have had similar experience.  I started having jams and under-extrusion between rolls and when changing rolls.

I cleaning cleaning filament and now no problem. Nova cleaning filament.
