This could be under-extrusion that you might need to fix by reseating the heatblock and heatbrake, or it could be your idler is too tight, or not tight enough.

Hi all, so had the Mini for 3 weeks and I've been on with support frequently due to print issues. Its come to the point today that they have asked for it back to take a look at it. I'm worried though that a lot of other folks seem to have issues and I'm now wondering if this is even fixable? Has anyone else had similar issues? I've got to send it back and wait 5 weeks now 🙁

Do you get similar problems with smaller prints?

So the heat block might be the issue - but, I can't get the 3 grub screw out. Tried everything and the 1.5mm ket just spins in the socket. Tried 4 different ones. I see somebody else on the forum had similar issues so maybe they changed something? Support from photos said everything else looks OK.....

Well depends what we mean by small - I've had some fab prints from it. But anything remotely bigger always has issues like this
