Sudden and systematic PLA clogging
Hello,
I recently got a MINI, and it was working really nicely until recently.
I think the problem might have started when I tried using wood filament, but it's hard to be certain.
Basically, the nozzle gets clogged mid print, after a variable amount of layers.
I tried basically everything, starting with the cold pulls and such, to the point of disassembling everything (following the guides), cleaning the hotend, the nozzle, the extruder gears, etc etc.
But the problem is still there and I can't find the reason. It shouldn't be software or hardware issues since it worked well for a week or two, and it shouldn't be a clogging or similar problem since I cleaned everything.
Also, the clogging seems to only happen with PLA, I tried with some PETG filament and it worked without any issue.
Do you have any idea what could be the problem?

My mini printed well for the first couple of weeks, then I had a similar experience to you. After I adjusted the height of the hot end the problems went away.

Thanks for the link, I saw it before and tried adjusting the height of the hotend, but maybe I didn't push it enough. I'll give it another try.

Well, I tried, and the result is still the same...

it is probably worth using the chat on the eshop page and see what support suggest.
