I think your screen is defective but I would rather see what support service rep says.

The printer just kept printing like normal. Today the printer starts up with the white screen and does not respond to anything. I tried both reset buttons (screen and mainboard), pulled the powerplug, disconnected the cable ribbon for the screen and i tried to flash new firmware. Does anyone know what else i can try to solve this?
