PTFE tube

Hello everyone,

I have an issue with my 3D printer which is that my PTFE tube connected to the print head came off during a printing and the filament is no longer supplied even though the filament is still in the print head. I am trying to reconnect it but the PTFE tube keeps coming off and I don't know what to do. Can you help me to find a solution ?

Thank you !

RE: PTFE tube

Can you post a photo?  I think you need a new PTFE tube with the olive.

The tube slips and the olive is kept by the nut.

RE: PTFE tube

So you're saying when you screw the brass nut over the olive, the PTFE tube slips out of the nut and leaves the olive behind? Is the nozzle clogged so the filament is pushing up? If I remember correctly, there's a spare tube and olives in the kit, have you tried those?

I think that the olive was not properly installed.
