Prusa support said my nozzle was clogged, which it wasn't. Loaded the g-code back into prusa viewer and it was definitely corrupt. Switched to a new flash drive and am just starting again. Hopefully won't have any more issues but will update if I do. </p>]]></content:encoded>

Found your post, and so checked the G-code on my memory stick, it was corrupted (using the Prusa G-Code Viewer in my case).</p><p>I've switched from the memory stick that came with the printer to using one of my own, no problems since.</p>]]></content:encoded>

                        <content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>So some future testing, looks like it is just the drive is crapping the bed.  Older files don't corrupt but any new ones I put on the drive, eject from the computer and re-insert often immediately have a file corruption problem.   Windows sees no errors with the drive, could try formating the drive but betting that won't help in the long run.</p><p>So looks like the provided drive failed after maybe 30 hours worth of printing time.  oh well.</p>]]></content:encoded>

                        <content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>So it wasn't the g-code's fault.  Just experienced another failure on a g-code i confirmed before starting up.  Got another failure took it back to the computer and now the g-code shows that error.</p><p>Also other prints i know were working before (succesful prints) are showing that error as well.  At this moment I'm thinking the heat (usb stick got very hot) corrupted something in the file.  I have notepad++ running a dif of the two files so we'll see what's up.</p>]]></content:encoded>

                        <content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>New to printing and have gotten probably a half dozen things printed so far.  I was printing an stl I sliced in prusaslicer (have done a few already fine) and this time it stopped at 91% complete and the extrusion head moved up and over and the system looked like it was complete except for the obviously partially completed print and the progress bar still at 91%.</p><p>I'm not sure what items would assist in identifying the issue (not sure if it is the gcode was incorrect, or something on the printer)</p><p> </p><p>Thank you for any assistance :) </p>]]></content:encoded>
