PRUSA mini hot end help. (Heat block screw stripped)

Hey, I was hoping to get advice on some issues I've been having with the PRUSA mini. I don't have a good seal between the nozzle and heatbreak that's leading to leaking. I cannot disassemble the hot end due to corrosion on one of the screws on the heatblock and filament on screw threads. Any help would be appreciated

RE:

Few options.

- just replace the whole module: thermistor, heating cartridge, heat block, heat break. I think a nozzle, heat break and PTFE tube can be salvaged.

- get something like a Dremel with a flat disc or thin metal saw and create a straight line across the damaged screw - then you should be able to unscrew it with a flat screw driver. Another option is to cut the screw on the outside to make it square to use pliers instead if a flat driver. For a small screw this may be very hard to do so try just proper tools first, otherwise it's dead stuck there.

- you could try to heat it up with heat gun and screw it back and have it useable till you get a replacement parts, if it can be still screed in and would hold tight 😉

- you could try to salvage thermistor and heater but probably cutting through aluminium is not worth it because parts can be easily damaged, even if doing it with a vise and precision drill/saw tools.

Thank you for the response! I guess the easiest course of action is to replace the whole thing. I might try the saw thing just to see if I can push out the thermistor.
