Prusa Mini Bed Leveling Issues

Hey everyone, I have been struggling with leveling my Prusa Mini bed for the past few days. I went through the process of squaring my printer, incorporating the bed leveling mod that utilizes silicone tubing, and running the bed leveler through Octoprint, as shown in one of my pictures. I also upgraded to the SPINDA and ensure that it was calibrated correctly following the instructional. That being said, my first layer calibration is inconsistent in many areas to say the least (see pictures attached). Does anyone have any advice here? I am at a loss.

First of all use dish soap and hit water and scrub the plate, such finger that you have tend to be problematic for filament to stick to the bed.

Then try other fist layer calibration models, because the built-in is a bit of lacking in visibility except the end.

See my GitHub and printables.com for some 3d stuff that you may like.

Agreed.  Those visible hand prints are never going to allow a good first layer.  Clean with dishwashing detergent (Dawn/Fairy) and very HOT water.  Pat dry with a fresh paper towel, handle by the edges only and try again.

Cheerio,

RE:

Thank you for the reply.

I cleaned the bed with hot water and soap and tried the first layer calibration again and received the same result. After doing some reading, I am realizing that I haven't changed the nozzle in about 200 hours of printing, so I am going to try that next to see if the results get better.

The inconsistencies are not repeatable and always pop up on different areas of the print bed, so maybe that can be explained by a worn-out nozzle? I am fairly new to all of this, so if that logic isn't sound, feel free to let me know.
