Printing issue with the final layer

Hello,

Since I changed the nozzle of my Prusa Mini printer, I've been experiencing issues with the final layer of printing. Previously, they were quite smooth, whereas now they are rather rough.

Here are my printing settings:

• Nozzle temperature: 1st layer: 240°C; final layer: 250°C
• Bed temperature: 1st layer: 85°C; final layer: 90°C
• 0.4mm nozzle
• Extrusion multiplier: 1 (increasing it to 1.04 still resulted in the same problem)
• The printer does not take into account the binary Gcode because
• I haven't done the update.
• For infill patterns, I've tried Monotonic Line and Hilbert Curve, but I still have the same issue. Here are some photos:
