Persistent Gap Between Perimeter and Infill in Three Prusa Mini Printers
Hello Prusa Community,
I'm encountering a consistent issue with all three of my Prusa Mini printers - there's a gap between the perimeter and infill. I've tried several troubleshooting steps, but the problem persists. Here's a brief overview:
Replaced Hotend PTFE Tube
Multiple Cold Pulls
Checked Thermistor
VoltageCalibrated Extruder
Checked Belt Tension
Used Different Filaments (Esun PLA +, Prusament, and Fillamentum)
Replaced Entire Hotend
Despite these efforts, the gap issue remains on all three printers. Has anyone else experienced this? Any suggestions or insights would be greatly appreciated.
Thanks in advance!

Three printers makes me think it's not a hardware issue but settings. Can you upload a zip compressed 3mf project file saved out of Prusaslicer? That way we have all your settings.

I tried the same g-code on my friend's mini and it was perfect.
Here is the 3mf file.
