Noise on X axis after powering on

Hi all,

I have an issue on my Prusa Mini that will happen on every first print after powering on. It seems like the printer misremembers the position of the X axis and when trying to do the bed leveling, the X axis tries to go way over the end of the bed and makes some noise. It only happens once, then it works perfectly until I switch the printer off.

Here's a video to show what I mean (check around 30 seconds in):

Any ideas what could cause this? Thanks in advance!

RE: Noise on X axis after powering on

Try moving your X axis by hand when the printer is at rest, or turned off. it should move smoothly from end to end of available travel with no jerkiness.

It looks like the first move from point 1 to point 2 on the mesh bed levelling, is not moving far enough.
this may simply be a lack of lubrication, or something restricting movement

I tried moving it manually and it seems like nothing is restricting the movement. This happens on every first power on but the movements are not restricted at all during printing
