New Prusa Mini Constant Clogging and Jamming
Hi there,
I received my Prusa Mini a few weeks ago and have been loving it, aside from one consistent annoying issue. The printer has been clogging and jamming on almost every print. I have tried everything I know. Using a needle to clear the nozzle. Countless cold pulls. Replacing the PTFE tube. I'm at my wits end. The printer is just very inconsistent. One print will come out fantastic, the next won't get past 3 layers before clogging or jamming. Any ideas on what I can do?
Thanks

What brand of filament are you using? Is it Prusament?
Have you undone the three screws on the heatbreak cooling block and pushed up the hot end as far as it will go? With it off and cold (I know I don't have to say that but I feel like I should say that just in case!).
You can also unload the filament, turn the hot end up to 280 (or as high as it will go) and wait 5 minutes for hopefully any little bits of filament to drip out.

This seems to be a common problem with the Mini. Installing a better heatbreak (e.g. from Bondtech) and use a thermal compound has helped most. Keyword "heat creep": https://www.fargo3dprinting.com/how-to/heat-creep/
Statt zu klagen, dass wir nicht alles haben, was wir wollen, sollten wir lieber dankbar sein, dass wir nicht alles bekommen, was wir verdienen.

@karl-herbert
I concur but better is always a term of debate. I have only replaced 1 of 4. I am not sure how you win the lottery and get a bad situation/.
