MK4 Prusa Connect Connection Refused
Hey, hoping folks could point me in the right direction. I built my MK4 earlier this year but haven't turned it on in a few months. Last time I used it, it was working great with Prusa Connect. It's now getting a connection refused when connecting to Prusa Connect. I confirmed that it is indeed getting an IP address on my WiFi network, and DHCP is giving it the same gateway and same DNS servers as other devices like my laptop.
My laptop is able to get to buddy-a.connect.prusa3d.com but the mk4 is getting a refused error.
I tried updating the firmware on the printer to 6.1.3+7898 and still same result.
The wireless network is an Eero 6 with default settings. I confirmed that the mk4 is not paused or blocked in the Eero app. Prusa Link seems to be working perfectly fine. it's just Connect that is failing.
Any ideas?
RE: MK4 Prusa Connect Connection Refused
I figured out the answer to my question.
The Ethernet Port was marked as the active interface even though I have no cable plugged in. I had assumed that the printer would have a normal route table but I guess for any non-local routing decisions it needs to manually specify which interface has the default gateway.
