Mini + Tune menu: What is "speed" setting changing, and how to replicate in Prusa Slicer?

If I click on the Tune menu while printing, one of the tune-able values is "Speed". Its value if not changed is 100, so I'm assuming it's a percentage.

If I were to change it, say to 90 or 95 (experimenting with PLA print quality), how would I replicate that setting in Prusa Slicer?

There are a ton of slicer settings to do with speed, but not blanket "make everything 5% slower" option - at least I can't see it.

Or is this just a firmware setting, like the Z axis adjustment?

As is usually the case (with me anyway) - I found this post after asking here.

According to the post - "Speed" changes all motor movement speeds (X, Y, Z and E) to the percentage set.

There is then a start-up Gcode that can be used to have a specific print use the value: M220 - Set Feedrate Percentage
