I clean the fan but not sure how to fix this. Is loud but only at start up and during prints. Any advices?

Much appreciated.

RE:

Fan speed is to the max on printer start or (usually) first few layers in the print.

You can disassemble the fan, use a hot air to remove the sticker on the back of the fan and put in a one drop of machine oil (WD40 is not for that).

Leave it upside down for a 5 minutes, spin manually the fan few times so that the oil will go down through, then put the sticker back and assemble back the fan.

(Mine was rattling like a snake 😉 )

See my GitHub and printables.com for some 3d stuff that you may like.
