Losing Hotend Temp MINITEMP
Hey everyone,
my PrusaMini started getting Thermal runaway and Minitemp Errors. I have been reading up on the issue and at this point, reverted back from the official Revo hotend to the Stock hotend, replaced the Thermister and all cables related to it and also resoldered the Connector on the buddy board itself.
The behavior is, that it prints, and after some time, usually within 10 minutes crashes due to reading 0° Temperature for a moment.
It seems that it only happens when the hotend is actually heated and moving.
Resetting and Up/Downgrading Firmware didn't change the behavior either.
At this point my last guess is that the Buddy Board may have a defect due to everything else already being replaced.
Ambient temperature is between 15-20°C or 50-60°F without an enclosure.
Unfortunately the micro-USB Port broke off and I am not skilled enough to resolder it, so I can't use Pronterface or Octoprint for better troubleshooting and monitoring. The ESP Module is installed and Prusa Connect is configured and running.
I hope there are other Ideas to troubleshoot besides replacing the Buddy Board itself.
