RE: Having trouble with print quality (under-extrusion) after printing with relatively no problem for a year or so.

RE:
yeah the spring is still on there, took it out and looked at it to make sure it was yesterday
I think the clicking was the spring compressing/turning
RE: Having trouble with print quality (under-extrusion) after printing with relatively no problem for a year or so.
that does mean you are going to need a few tiny washers or somthing but for now re loosen it and that is why you are getting the top layer bad

RE: Having trouble with print quality (under-extrusion) after printing with relatively no problem for a year or so.

RE: Having trouble with print quality (under-extrusion) after printing with relatively no problem for a year or so.
ok yeah never mind it was fine when I unloaded it. still not sure why it made that clicking sound. anyway I loosened it a tad and will try again
RE: Having trouble with print quality (under-extrusion) after printing with relatively no problem for a year or so.

RE:
appears to be, will send pic when finished, for whatever reason the gcode keeps wanting to knock it down to 210 from 215 when it starts after the initial bit at the top of the plate, I may have to look into getting it to stop doing that. same with the flow factor from 100 to 95. I am running it at 225 rn though and it seems to help a lot.
