yeah the temperatures were at 215c nozzle and 60c bed

ok also send me photo of first layer then we can see how to make hatch box fillament work aswell

Yep, ran well at 215c Prusa PLA

Unfortunately it did not work

While printing it began making a noticeable clicking around the extruder adjustment screw, upon inspection, it appears the printer itself tightened the screw back to the position I showed in my original images which is really weird.
