First Layer Gouging Print Bed

Hi, I use a Prusa Mini at work that I'm not very familiar with. A coworker who no longer works here had previously switched the nozzle to a shorter steel nozzle. I changed it back to brass, but because it's a longer nozzle it's now gouging the print bed. I tried resetting to factory settings and doing a first layer calibration, but the z-offset value at 0 is still gouging the bed and it won't let me raise it above that, only move it down. I'm unable to get in touch with that coworker, is there anything else he may have changed that I could look into? I figured resetting to factory settings would solve the issue but no luck.

Thanks in advance
