Filament Unload Always Jams in the Extruder Because of Wide End
Every single time I unload PLA using the screen the filament forms a blob at the end and the very end gets stuck in the extruder. I have to pull really hard and the end always breaks off and I have had to disassemble my extruder about 100 times now. I read that unloading at a lower temp help this, but I'm doing automatic unloads to change colors mid-print and I don't know of a way to control what temp this happens at.

What does it mean form screen - do you mean from menu?
Do you use gcode to change the color during print - it is generated by Prusa slicer during slicing.

RE: Filament Unload Always Jams in the Extruder Because of Wide End
Unloading from the menu or using gcode to change color during print. I contacted Prusa support and they had me adjust the idler tensioner to the correct amount of tension. That and cleaning the extruder gears has seemed to help a little bit, but after some trial and error I found that it almost only ever happens when using Jessie Glitter Black PLA filament. I don't think I've ever jammed it this way with any other filament other than the Jessie Red PLA I have (the red seems to jam slightly less frequently). The attached image is after I opened the extruder to unjam the Jessie Glitter Black PLA after unloading it from the menu.
