Filament jammed in space between intake tube and extruder gears

I was changing filaments and there was a jam in the extruder. I disassembled it and found it’s between the intake tube and the extruder gears- in the hole I’ve marked in the first photo. I’ve tried ramming another piece of filament in after it to no avail.

I'm not sure I understand what you're trying to explain.  Can you take a video showing you ramming another piece of filament through to no avail so we know what that means?

Also, how long have you been printing?  How long have you had this printer?  How many prints have you made before you incurred the problem?

I've had my mini since 2021 and the only feed problems I've had were due to the PTFE tube shrinking and causing a clog.

Cheers
