Failing XYZ Calibration

Hello Everyone,

My Prusa Mini has quickly deteriorated and I am not too sure why.  It started with a staircase effect on some of my prints, occurring in the y axis.  This lead me to check the belt tensions and for debris around my rails and steppers, but everything was clean, oiled and properly tensioned.  I then ran a calibration of my printer to which it failed immediately in the x direction once it reached the far end of the rail.  I did some reading on firmware updates, and this was supposedly a fix in the 4.3.1.  All of my drivers are current so  I do not think this is an issue.  I also tried to use some old firmware to see if I'd have any luck there, which I didn't.  I then went to move axis under the settings and noticed that the values that were given weren't correct for where my nozzle was.  I then was able to have some success printing by moving the bed and nozzle to the  correct home position before the print. However now my printer runs the nozzle directly into my bed and doesn't stay consistent with positioning.  I think that my stepper driver has gone bad.  Is there a way to fix this without buying a new buddy board/ are clones a viable option?  It doesn't make sense to me to buy a new board that's worth 1/4 the cost of the printer

RE: Failing XYZ Calibration

Can you attach please any picture and be more detailed?

X calibration fails - what message did you get?

What FW do you have actually installed?

Is your printer under warranty? If so, connect the support via eshop chat.
