Extrusion Problems
Since some times i have problems with my Prusa Mini. Almost all of my prints fail at some point. First i restored all my printer and all filament (Amazon Basic PLA Filament) default settings. Then i tested different Filaments (Amazon Basic PLA/PETG). I checked the correct position of the Extruder idler screw, cleaned the nozzle and also did a cold pull. Moisture should be no problem (The printer is placed an my basement with about 10% humidity). I also build an enclosure which should really matter regards to PLA. I directly print from OctoPrint since over 5 years. The nozzle was replaced about a year ago. One thing i recognized was: Sometimes when i unload the filament it is getting stuck in the screw for the tube above the hottend (As if the filament cant get heated up and because of a blob the Extruder cant pull back the filament). Any suggestions what i should do next?

Try replacing the small PTFE tube that goes into the hotend https://help.prusa3d.com/guide/how-to-replace-a-hotend-ptfe-tube-mini-mini_119449
