I have Capricorn PTFE too, but decided to keep the classic tube on Mini for now. I see no benefit of using Capricorn between extruder and print head, because main Capricorn's characteristics (higher temps & smaller inner diameter) don't really bring any advantage here. Ok, inner surface is supposed to be more smooth... but if extruder can't handle that with normal PTFE, then there's issue somewhere else.

The only benefit of using Capricorn that I can imagine, is inside heatbreak. It's proven that original heatbreak can become quite hot on the lower end, which can cause PTFE to shrink over the time (and so cause clogging inside heatbreak). Capricorn is supposed to be less prone to shrink at higher temperatures and is so helping to prevent/reduce clogging -at least so theory.
But... inner diameter on Capricorn is smaller (1.9mm) compared to normal PTFE (2mm)... and in Capricorn, inner hole isn't exactly in the center of the tube -which together, I think can cause troubles in some situations.

My advice would be: keep original PTFE as long it works for you. And that way, if any problem occurs, at least you will know it's not because of Capricorn.

I own both.  I think the Capricorn tubing is a waste and hindrance in the external tubing (Bowden) because you cannot see through it.  It might have benefits in the extruder.

My piece of capricorn deformed in heatbreak either way, it might had been because it's hard to chamfer this tube 120+-1 degrees exactly (material is hard and cutting jigs don't cut it, pun intended). It melted a bit on one side after some time printing PETG. I put normal PTFE there and consider those inner tubes consumables now.

I use it to connect the filament sensor to my Sunlu filament dryer.  Nothing beyond that.  I do like seeing through the PTFE everywhere else as mentioned above.

i think the stock is fine, no need to install the Capricorn tube on the mini

I have both, and compared each PTFE tube, i found out that when my mini extruder clogged, the problem is not from the PTFE tube, but from the heatbreak...

first when i try using Capricorn tube, its just hold for a couple prints, and clogged again, so i check my heatbreak and found that thermal paste is very dry and almost nothing there. So i buy thermal grizzly kryonaut and apply it on the heatbreak and try again using Capricorn tube, but still clogged after few prints, until i figure it out that one of my heatsink screw is a little bit loose, so i tightened all... and after that my printer never clogged again... 

Well, i'm still curious about this PTFE tube, so i try the $1 cheap PTFE tube, swap the Capricorn out and after a few weeks printing everyday, i haven't see any clogged with the cheap PTFE tube... i feel i'm wasting my money to buy an expensive PTFE tube like Capricorn.
